Stephen Morrison
CFO & SVP Corporate Services
Stephen was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Services in November 2005 and is responsible for the financial structure of 724, and the continued cost alignments and financial activities related to delivering shareholder value and driving profitability. He is based at our Santa Barbara, California office. Prior to assuming the CFO and SVP Corporate Services role, Stephen spent three years as 724's Corporate Controller. Stephen joined 724 Solutions in March 2001 as Director of Finance for Asia Pacific and EMEA, based in Hong Kong.
Stephen is a Certified Management Accountant and has strong experience in finance and corporate control. Prior to joining 724 Solutions, Stephen was with Emergis Inc. (formerly BCE Emergis Inc.), where he held positions in finance and strategic alliances.
Stephen holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario as well as an undergraduate degree in administrative and commercial studies from the University of Western Ontario.
