724 Solutions Appoints Wireless Veteran Ben Scott to Board of Directors

Mr. Scott, who has extensive experience in the United States and international wireless markets, has held the chief operating officer position at Bell Atlantic's U.S. wireless business, chief executive officer of its international wireless business and chief executive officer position at PrimeCo. Mr. Scott spent 20 years at AT&T, ending his tenure as president and CEO of AT&T Canada. He is a Venture Partner with Austin Ventures and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Active Power, Navini Networks, Netrake and Spatial Wireless.
