Wireless Network Operators agreement increases regional sales/service support For 724 Solutions' X-treme Service Activity Manager (XSAM)
Santa Barbara, CA and Jakarta, Indonesia - (January 5, 2004) - 724 Solutions (NASDAQ: SVNX; TSX: SVN), a leading provider of next-generation IP-based network, applications and data services, today announced it has teamed with Anabatic Technologies, one of the foremost telecommunications and IT companies in Asia, to resell its X-treme Service Activity Manager (XSAM) to mobile network operators in the Asia Pacific Region.
724's XSAM is a powerful workflow engine that helps mobile network operators quickly and easily add and manage many types of premium content services, such as music or video entertainment, and other digital multi-media information. With XSAM, mobile network operators can conveniently differentiate their premium content service offerings while maximizing the revenue potential from those services.
This reseller agreement enables the companies to jointly offer XSAM throughout the Asia Pacific market, targeting Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Indo-china, and Australian, regions. 724 and Anabatic will also cooperatively launch a series of service support centers throughout the regions to assist mobile operators with their XSAM investment; the first support centers will be established in the Philippines and Singapore.
