KPMG Selects the 724 Solutions Wireless Internet Platformas "Product of the Year"
Austin, TX (October 10, 2001) - 724 Solutions received KPMG's "Product of the Year Award" for its Wireless Internet Platform(WIP), at the sixth annual KPMG Austin High Tech Awards on Tuesday, October 9, 2001. The event recognizes innovation in Austin high technology companies.
KPMG selected 724 Solutions for the Product of the Year Award for companies with more than 200 employees. The award is presented to a company that has successfully organized, developed and managed a technology concept into a successful commercial product or service within the past three years.
With the company's award-winning WIP, companies can harness the value of the mobile Internet by building, deploying and integrating personalized and secure mobile commerce (m-commerce) applications such as banking, brokerage, aggregation and alerts.
